What assembly actually means
A larger screen makes the assembly order matter more, not less. Fix the base and let the post stand empty first, fit the plate to the monitor on a soft surface, then have a second person steady the screen while it engages the post. A 35 inch panel is awkward rather than heavy and is easy to twist against the plate if it is lifted alone.
